FamYarn SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern FamYarn’s text messaging programs. By opting in to a program you agree to these SMS Terms. They are part of, and incorporate, our Terms of Service.
Programs
FamYarn (DSR Media LLC, dba FamYarn — “we”, “us”) operates the following text messaging programs. You opt in from within your FamYarn account by providing and verifying your mobile number and giving consent for the specific program.
- Account & billing alerts (transactional). Account and activity notifications — for example, when your interviews allowance refreshes, when a payment cannot be processed, when your plan changes, or when someone accepts your invitation or joins through your referral link.
- News & offers (marketing). Promotional messages about new features, offers, and deals. You must separately and expressly opt in to this program; we never send it otherwise, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the programs you opt into. Marketing messages are recurring.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. FamYarn does not charge for text messages.
How to cancel (opt out)
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending you texts for that program. You can also manage your notification preferences in your FamYarn account settings.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in and consent data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our handling of your phone number and messaging data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
